SUNDAY 6TH OCTOBER 2019 – EXETER

Informal family event at this great location in Exeter. Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central Station nearby.

Light refreshments will be provided, Tea/Coffee  and sandwiches, however if you prefer to purchase a more substantial meal, the restaurant is open from 12pm

VENUE
Imperial House
New North Road
Exeter
EX4 4AJ

At present we have reserved a private room, however depending on weather and numbers attending, this could change to a larger area or onto their patio area. They are willing to keep these options open until a week before.

During the day
Corpal has organised Teas/coffees and squash for the children, plus we will also make sure there is a light lunch/buffet type available to those who attend.

If you are looking for more substantial refreshments, this will be available from the bar and bar food menu at your own expense.

We will be organising some activities for the children, however if numbers reach a certain amount, we hope to organise an entertainer for an hour during the day.

Location /Accommodation / Travel
The Imperial is a large Wetherspoons owned pub located 10 mins walk uphill from Exeter St Davids Station. Exeter Central is about 15 mins walk, this way its mainly downhill.
There is a Premier Inn (St Davids, Exeter.) from £50 per night for a family room. Only a short walking distance, but up a steep incline. There are plenty of other hotels in Exeter to choose from if needed.

Parking
There are four disabled parking spaces at the venue, plus normal parking in their car park, £1 per hour (Sadly even on a Sunday!) however there is some Free ‘on street’ parking on roads nearby, most will be a 5 mins walk away. (please be aware it is quite hilly around the area, if you need more details if you have a wheelchair to push, please contact me and I can give you a more detailed description).

Raffle/Tombola

We try to subsidise events such as this as much as possible, however donations will be gratefully accepted on the day to help towards refreshments and holding this event in the South West.

Disabled Access/Toilets

Lovely gardens to sit out in.

Parking available on site £4 for 4 hours or there is some on road parking in surrounding area which is free of charge on a Sunday.

If you would like to attend this event or need more details, please email us at [email protected]
As I mentioned above it will depend on committed numbers if we are to hire an entertainer or request a larger area, so please, we would be most grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible if you would like to attend or even thinking about it.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you
