2020 Conference postponed, Regional Events now planned.

toSadly we are unable to organise a larger and longer Conference for 2020, but we hope to re think this for 2021, so please keep checking. We are disappointed that this could not be arranged, but mainly lack of support and funding. Corpal would have liked to secure a venue and offer members subsidised fees to attend, however unfortunately for the type of venue required and the amount of members replied, we could not commit the funds from Corpal at this time. Thank you all to those who repsonded. We will keep you updated.

To replace this, we are in the process of planning Regional Meetings throughout the UK. Recently there was an event in Blackpool which was open to the public as well as members. This was a successful day run by parents of a son with ACC. Corpal was represented by some of the committee and we are very grateful to Katy and Sean Thompson and the Lancashires Light House Radio for organising a fun day.

ANNOUNCEMENT - 2020 UK Corpal Conference

Corpal Conference 2020 is unlikely to go ahead. Reason being we tried to find out how much support there would be for a weekend get together to include speakers. Sadly we did not get the feedback required to confidently commit Corpal funds raised mainly by some of our members hard work to set a date and venue.  So we have decided to try and re organise an event in 2021.

In the meantime, we will be holding regional events, mainly family get togethers to so members all over the Uk can get to know each other. We will announce various details in the next Newsletter due out early April. PLEASE CHECK THE LATEST NEWS FOR DATES OF EVENTS.

For those who responded to our plea of support for a 2020 Conference, Thank you and we really appreciate it and we hope not to disapooint you and still go ahead in a couple of years.

We would still be interested in hearing from ANYONE if you would like us to organise a weekend Conference, as Corpal still plans to go ahead at some point.
